Facilitating Integration of AI Into Radiology Practice

Martinos News

The Quantitative Translational Imaging in Medicine (QTIM) Lab at the MGH Martinos Center has contributed to the advancement of artificial intelligence in radiology practice in myriad ways. Not least: the group collaborated with the American College of Radiology Data Science Institute (ACR-DSI) in creating the ACR AI-LAB website. The AI-LAB is a data science toolkit that facilitates integration of AI into regular radiology practice by enabling radiologists to develop algorithms meeting their specific clinical needs using their own patient data.

As well as contributing to the development of the AI-LAB, Jayashree Kalpathy-Cramer, PI of the QTIM group, recorded a series of videos to be included in the LEARN section of the site. The videos cover an array of topics related to the integration of AI into radiology. Several of these are included here. Visit the AI-LAB LEARN page to browse the full selection of videos.
