Women in Science: Procrastination, Perfectionism and Burnout seminar

Women in Science will be hosting Maryam Khodadoust, PsyD on Monday, March
29th to talk about the connections between procrastination, perfectionism,
and burnout, as well as practical strategies to combat them. Heal from
burnout to become more effective in your work and balanced in your life.

Dr. Khodadoust is a clinical psychologist at MIT Student Mental Health and
Counseling Center whose primary passion is helping young adults navigate
their intersecting identities. She provides continuing and comprehensive
mental and behavioral health care for individuals and families; consultation
to agencies and communities; training, education and supervision; and
research-based practice. She also hosts a variety of workshops in the Greater
Boston area addressing topics of imposter syndrome, procrastination,
perfectionism and burnout, cross-cultural communication and resiliency.
