Molecular Imaging

Molecular imaging research at the Center visualizes biological processes at the cellular and molecular level, enabling investigators to study disease mechanisms in vivo with exceptional specificity. Using advanced PET, targeted contrast agents, and hybrid imaging approaches, researchers track metabolism, receptor activity, protein aggregation, neuroinflammation, and other biochemical pathways across neurological, cardiovascular, oncologic, and systemic disorders. By linking molecular signals to physiology and clinical outcomes, this work supports earlier detection, precise disease characterization, and the development and evaluation of targeted therapies.
